I asked that they be FRIED but I received RAW/ Uncooked 'Steamed' Dumplings!1. you did not give me what I paid for.2. If your 'cook/chef' cannot prepare fried dumplings he doesnt need to be cooking. I will be in your resturant tonight w/ receit, for a refund!Ms. Hall
